We have had some changes to our mail servers in our never ending battle against spam! The good news is that we have seen the denial of many spam attacks. The bad news is that you may need to have a setting changed in your mail client (ie. MS Outlook, Netscape mail, etc). The most common need is to change your incoming and outgoing mail server to mail.domain.com, where you would substitute your domain (mail.altoona.com, mail.statecollege.com, mail.lazerlink.com, etc.). If you need more specific instructions for your email client, please click on the link on the left of this page to check for your settings. If you are still unable to access your email, please call us at 867-2100 option 1, and a representative will return your call on the next business day, Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm.
